Well, here's surveillance video of armed thugs running amok in a Far Rockaway jewelry store on November 28th, in broad daylight. After locking two employees in a bathroom, the thieves handcuffed a third employee, who tries to casually walk away at the 50 second mark. He almost makes it out the door, but is dragged back in and thrown to the floor. A second escape is attempted but quickly thwarted by a hooded perp disguised as a Jawa. Honestly, this employee is lucky he wasn't [SPOILER!] killed. Police tell 1010 WINS the suspects escaped from Gold Fashion Jewelry, located at 2125 Mott Avenue, with a large haul of jewelry and cash. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.

 

Fín frú

Fín frú var á gangi niðri í bæ þegar hún sér páfagauk úti á stétt fyrir utan gæludýrabúð. Páfagaukurinn horfir á hana og segir: "Hey, fröken! Þú ert hundljót!" Það snarfauk í hana, en hún hélt samt áfram og í vinnuna.

Á leiðinni heim sér hún sama fuglinn, sitjandi á priki fyrir utan búðina og hann segir aftur: "Hey, fröken! Þú ert hundljót!"

Nú er hún brjáluð. Hún stormar inn í búðina og segist ætla í mál við gæludýrabúðina og hún drepi fuglinn ef þetta komi fyrir aftur. Búðareigandinn lofar að gera eitthvað í þessu.

Daginn eftir er páfagaukurinn enn fyrir utan búðina. Hann kallar: "Hey, fröken!"

Hún stoppar og horfir á gaukinn: "Já?"

"Þú veist.."

Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher and Fernando Torres are killed in a car crash.

Ushered through the gates of Heaven they are stood before God at his bountiful table.

God turns to Stevie first. "To see if you are worthy to sit at my table I must question your belief - what do you believe Steven?"

Stevie answers - "football is the food of life".

"Very good" says God "you may sit on my left"

He asks the same question of Carragher. Jamie answers - "courage, honour and passion on the pitch".

"Very good" says God "you may sit on my right"

Finally God turns to Fernando Torres. "What is it you believe my son?

Torres replies - "I believe your sitting in my seat".
