Nude photographs of one of the stars of the upcoming film The Twilight Saga: New Moon hit the Internet on Monday – and the actress is already lawyering up.

“The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed,” an attorney for 22-year-old Ashley Greene said in a statement this afternoon. “Our client intends to take legal action.”

The 22-year-old appeared at the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, where she picked up the Choice Award for Fresh Face Female.
