It’s a jungle out there for Americans trying to unload real estate in the midst of the global economic crisis–and Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan is no exception.

We hear the Mean Girls (Yep, that’s the last noteworthy movie she was cast in.) star is so desperate to sell her $1.2 million New York City apartment, she’s willing to part with the two-bedroom, 40th floor pad for just $200,000.

Oddly enough, other apartments in the same building are on the market for a much higher price.

According to MSNBC, the apartment boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open chef’s kitchen, and unobstructed views of the Statue of Liberty.
