Leno hęttir ekki , en fęrist ķ dagskrį hjį NBC
We havent seen the last of Leno. In fact, were about to start seeing a lot more of him.
On Tuesday morning, NBC will announce that Jay Leno will stay on with the network as host of a new primetime television show, The New York Times reports.
Jay, who ends his run as the host of The Tonight Show in May, when Conan OBrien will fill the seat, is signing on for a new show similar to his current one.
Jay will reportedly head a show in the 10 PM timeslot five nights a week.
If they cancel Law & Order: SVU to make room in the schedule for this, Im contacting my Congress rep!
One would think the network could have just left things they way that they were if they were just going to keep Leno on the payroll anyway? Is this a good idea? Do you guys think this is a practical way for NBC to reshape The Tonight Show while still managing to keep Jay Leno around as a TV staple?
