This girl can’t get a break!  Lindsay Lohan is already looking at jail time for her arrest back in July.  And now she has yet another lawsuit being filed against her.  Sheesh!

You may remember the Gossip Girls reporting that Raymundo Ortega was suing LiLo for $200,000 over an accident involving the drunk actress running into his van back in October of 2005.  Well, now Raymundo has a fellow victim.

Signe Dupuy is suing the singer/actress for $7500 in small claims court over an April 26th car accident.  The suit also details that Lindsay’s bodyguard was a part of the accident as well.

This latest lawsuit will be heard by a Los Angeles judge on September 11th.  Until then, the Mean Girls actress has plenty of other legal issues to concern herself with.
