 A woman who sought treatment for depression from “Tell It Like It Is” Dr. Phil McGraw in 1984 claims the TV shrink sexually assaulted her.

Sara Morrison was a shy college sophomore 25 years ago, but she is still haunted by what she says happened to her.

“Not a single day has gone by when I haven’t been affected by what Phil McGraw did to me. He profoundly affected the course of my life,” Morrison reveals in the August 17 issue of The National Enquirer, on newsstands this week.

“The world should know this man is a predator and a bully. He shouldn’t be telling Americans how to live their lives, how to improve themselves. I suffered from low self-esteem, and I was depressed, lonely and suicidal. Phil was extremely insistent that I call him all the time, and he would call me. He wanted to see me three or four times a week – as a patient.”

Sara says the nature of her relationship with the doctor — then-34 — changed the following summer, when he paid her to work as his intern, while still charging her as a patient.

“The first day I showed up for work, Phil had his hands all over me,” she recalled. “Phil would pull me down to sit in his lap while he talked on the phone to patients, other doctors, even his wife! He’d be running his hand up and down the inside of my thigh all the way up to my panties.”

Rolling Stone Magazine is reporting that Michael Jackson wore a prosthetic nose which was missing from his body during his autopsy.

According to the Music Bible, the pop icon wore a prosthesis to hide the devastating affects of years of plastic surgery. Witnesses reveal that Michael wasn’t wearing the prosthetic nose in the morgue — adding that there was only a small hole where the star’s nose should have been.

At least one witness told Rolling Stone: “The prosthesis he normally attached to his damaged nose was missing, revealing bits of cartilage surrounding a small dark hole.”

The King of Pop’s former housekeeper, Adrian McManus, claims the the star had lots of false noses.

“His nose was a problem. He wore plasters around the side to cover or support it. It was severely caved in,” she recalls. “In his closet he had a jar of fake noses and stage glue, which he told me he used for disguises. But some were similar to his real nose, just without the hole.”

Mischa Barton has been on a “destructive path” of drug use in recent months, sources close to the hospitalized starlet told PEOPLE Saturday.

The 23-year-old actress is currently under psychiatric evaluation at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

On Wednesday, the former O.C. star was placed under a 5150 hold by Los Angeles Police detectives. Under the statue, someone who is gravely disabled or has a mental disorder can be held for up to 72 hours, however, doctors can request an additional 14-day hold if they believe a patient is not fit to be released.

Mischa’s friends accuse the star of drinking heavily and experimenting with drugs — to the concern of the people who love her.

A source told PEOPLE Magazine: “She has been on a destructive path for a while now. Her drug and alcohol use has gotten to a point where it drove people away. I don’t think she knows her limits.”

Mischa Barton placed under psychiatric hold

Almost a year after describing her DUI arrest as "a low point," Mischa Barton – who called police with a health problem Wednesday – may be hitting another rough patch.

"She has been dealing with a lot of personal issues," a pal tells PEOPLE about the actress who has been spotted club hopping in L.A. and London the past few months. "I don't know if she really ever gave up some of the bad habits that had gotten out of control a couple years back."

The 23-year-old actress was scheduled to attend the premiere of her movie Homecoming Thursday night in New York City but Access Hollywood reports she remained at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles under psychiatric hold.

Filmmaker Wishes Her Well

"I wish her all the best. First and foremost, we want her to get healthy again," Homecoming producer Austin Stark tells PEOPLE. "It's obvious we'd like her to support the movie and be here, but we hope she gets better."

And of shooting Homecoming with Barton in Pittsburgh, Stark says, "When she was on-set, she acted like a professional. I honestly had no complaints. She struck me as a nice young girl, she never said anything mean to anyone, and she wasn’t late on-set or anything like that."

Her rep declined to comment on the report of her going to a psych ward, but tells PEOPLE, "Mischa has been hospitalized per the recommendation of her doctor and is resting in the hospital."

Hospitalized in 2007

Her hospitalization comes two years after Barton was also hospitalized in May 2007 after feeling ill at a friend's Memorial Day barbeque. The incident was the start of what would become several months of both legal and personal troubles for the former star of The O.C..

In December 2007, Barton was arrested for DUI, marijuana possession and driving without a license after police spotted her straddling two lanes of traffic while under the influence of alcohol, according to authorities. She pleaded no contest and was sentenced to three years of unsupervised probation in April 2008. [Barton's sister Hania also weathered her own share of rumors after a tabloid reported she was hospitalized in 2008 for a drug overdose.]

Later that year in September, the actress split from her musician boyfriend Taylor Locke after dating him for a few months. "I'm not used to being single but it's really nice," she told PEOPLE in October.

Relationship Troubles

In late 2008, Barton began dating another rocker, The Kooks' Luke Pritchard, but called it quits in March because "the bad just started to outweigh the good and a long distance relationship is never an easy thing to do," she wrote on her blog.

The actress then had to fend off tabloid reports after photos surfaced showing a thinner Barton, prompting speculation about her weight and health.

"Just so you know I'm happier and healthier than ever. Things are really well in Mischa world and I've just been watching what I eat," she said on her Web site.
