Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz has extended Jamie Spears’ control over his daughter through December.

“Regarding the conservatorship of the person, I understand that Ms. Spears is reluctantly agreeing to extend those letters,” the Commissioner said in a hearing Thursday. “We are extending them until Dec. 31, 2008.”

“All orders remain in effect.”
