It seems Britney Spears' legal woes will never be over, at least as long as she's famous: a former bodyguard for the pop star has filed a lawsuit against her, saying he sustained physical injuries while working at her previous home in L.A., TMZ is reporting

The documents reveal that Kerry Vine is alleging that Brit "negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to [him]" and adds that the security company he worked for was at fault for making him perform duties that put him in danger.

Amy Winehouse has been hospitalized again. This is the 3rd time Winehouse has been hospital in recent months.

Amy was hospitalized after she fell ill at her St Lucia villa on Friday from a drinking session. Amy was discharged late Friday night.

Amy was due to perform at Shepherds Bush Empire in London on May 31st which many now be postponed:

"Amy's gig might as well be cancelled now. She's not going to make it. It's not worth her while even if she does make it, it will be a shambles. She is not ready for it and she proved it at the festival."
